I have taken on a healthier diet these two weeks. Apples for breakfast, carrots and other vegetables for snack, and salads for dinner. I believe people weren't meant to eat this stuff to be healthy. My body doesn't like it, and it does nothing to ward off hunger. It sucks, and yet I still do it. And at this point, I'd so almost anything for some hashbrowns... food. Whatever. I don't want to be "plus-sized" anymore.

You're beautiful - and for something really exciting...I am considered 'plus sized' because I wear a 13/14.
Keep it up---I know you can do it!
I'm a 14/15. Eat to be healthy, and if you limit food with no nutritional value (like, sadly, anything found in a vending machine at 4 am..... damn.... or a gas station) and caffiene, that will help. But you have to have some proteins and carbs. Seriously.
(Decided to cut out all food that wasn't chicken broth for a week or so last year. And sleep. Not good at all. But I ended up reading a lot that week, and becoming addicted to caffiene)
I feel weird being a fat chick giving out dieting advice. But if you eat stuff you don't like solely to lose weight, you still won't feel good. There. I'll stop blammmering now.
good advice. you're gorgeous, kate. do it because it makes you feel better, not for the weight thing.
